Durant la guerre de Cent Ans, dans le premier tiers du XVe siècle, Symond et Sébastian Ougier, bergers originaires de l'Oisans, abandonnent leur famille pour rejoindre la ville de Grenoble et affronter les Anglais et les Bourguignons. Ils se lient d'amitié avec sept autres compagnons d'armes et, ensemble, forment la confrérie des Neuf frères avec la volonté de racheter leurs fautes. @Electre 2017
